Version 2.1.14 of Stress Free Flow went live on the App Store on Friday, July 10, 2026. If you already use the app — or you are searching for a calm app with fresh background sounds and a cleaner way to get around — this update is worth grabbing today.
Stress Free Flow remains a native iPhone and iPad app for ADHD focus, sensory calm, guided breathing, stress relief, and sleep — with no ads, no subscriptions, and a one-time Pro unlock instead of another monthly wellness bill. Version 2.1.14 doubles down on what people actually asked for: easier navigation and a stronger sound library.
What is new in 2.1.14
This release focuses on two big improvements:
- Redesigned menu — a clearer, simpler path to scenes, background sounds, Breath Reset, and Stress Relief buttons
- New and replaced background sounds — refreshed audio across the relaxing sound machine, with several new noise colors and mixes
The goal was straightforward: less hunting, more calm. When you are stressed or trying to wind down, every extra tap matters.
New sounds in version 2.1.14
The sound library received a meaningful refresh. New and updated options include:
- Pink–Brown Noise Mix
- Green Noise
- Grey Noise
- Violet Noise
- Violet–Brown Noise Mix
- Blue Noise
If you have only ever used white noise or rain, these additions give you more ways to match sound to the moment — sharper focus during the day, softer masking at night, or a blended noise bed when a single color is not quite right.
Free sounds still include Ocean, Rain, White Noise, Creek, and the new noise-color options above. Pro unlocks the full library of nineteen additional soundscapes — storms, nature, wildlife, fan and drone tones, and curated mixes — all with Lock Screen playback and AirPlay.
Why the menu redesign matters
A calm app lives or dies on how fast you can reach relief. Busy menus create friction — especially for people with ADHD, anxiety, or sensory overload who are already low on executive function when they open the app.
The 2.1.14 menu update makes it easier to see where you are going next: interactive scenes, background sounds, guided breathing, or hold-based Stress Relief. Fewer dead-ends. Clearer labels. A path that feels intentional instead of cluttered.
Everything else you rely on is still here
Version 2.1.14 is an upgrade, not a pivot. You still get:
- Five Breath Reset guided breathing sessions (1–5 minutes)
- Stress Relief buttons — Heartbeat, Deep Wave, Slow Breath, and Rain Drops
- Interactive calming scenes including Deep Sea, Country, Beach, and Ollie’s Numbers
- Lock Screen background audio and AirPlay support
- Privacy-first design — no data collection, no ads
- One-time $4.99 Pro unlock — no subscription
Existing Pro owners get the new sounds and menu automatically. Free users can explore the updated free library right away.
